Shipping

ZSI ships via Aramex and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To make sure that shipments to addresses with P.O. Boxes and rural routes get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, building name, with the closest landmark along with your telephone number where you can be reached, with your order.

To determine shipping cost, please add item(s) to your shopping cart . The finalized shipping cost will appear in the Shipping Method of the Checkout just prior to you entering your credit card information in the payment page. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product(s) being delivered.

Orders usually ship from Dubai, Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive an email with the Aramex tracking number associated with their delivery. Shipments can be tracked at: www.aramex.com

Returns

Product(s) should be returned within 24 hours from reception. Should the product not fit your specifications, please email us for an return authorization number (RMA).

For a manufacturing, defect you can return the product within 1 (one) month (depending on Manufacturer) once again with RMA. Please describe the defect and then we will issue an RMA.
